The Manchester BSD Group meets on the first Tuesday of the month, at 7:30 in the Briton's Protection (behind the Bridgewater Hall) in central Manchester.

About

 We are generally a group people who sit in a pub talk about things. Some of them are even vaguely related to BSD (sometimes). We welcome all users of, or people with interest in, something BSD related. This includes those who want to talk about Darwin - the BSD core of Mac OS X (which many of us use). If you just like Aqua, you're welcome to come along too.

Where

Britons' Protection, behind the Bridgewater Hall.

Updates

If you want to be notified of announcements of new meetings, please join our mailing list by doing the following:
$ echo "subscribe manchester" | \
  mail majordomo@bsdgroups.org.uk

and you can get hold of the person who tries to keep this up to date by emailing Sam Smith. If your not sure that you're going to be able to find the pub, or have no idea who you're looking for when you get there, feel free to drop me an email and ask for my mobile number.

Should the date information above conflict with what is sent out by email, the website should be considered definitive. Corrections will be posted here, (along with a note saying it is a correction).

You can also find some members of the group on #freebsduk on Efnet.
